What success looks like
A certifying or reviewing human should be able to understand what was done, find the supporting evidence, reproduce the important reasoning, and identify the remaining professional judgment with minimum unnecessary cognitive effort.
The product itself should become the primary marketing asset: useful enough that customers want to show it to other people.
Professional responsibility stays explicit.
Software, automation, and examples do not erase professional obligations. The operating model separates technology production from regulated professional responsibility.
Boundary: Project-specific professional engineering review, validation, authentication, and issue control are provided through independent Licensed Engineering Partners where required.
